The “CC” in the company name refers to Armando Codina and James Carr, two of South Florida’s foremost real estate developers and investors, known for their sterling reputations and extensive, local business relationships. Through their affiliated company CC Devco, they also develop and build master-planned, single-family home communities. The other founders are esteemed tax attorney Larry Gragg and multifamily real estate expert Andy Burnham.
